Francheska grew up immersed in the world of textiles and garment production, with her family deeply involved in retail, manufacturing and fabric development within “Gamarra”, one of South America’s largest textile hubs. This early exposure gave her a unique, end-to-end understanding of how fashion products are created — from raw materials to final garments.
Her academic background includes Fashion Design & Management (CEAM, Lima), Graphic Design (Toulouse Lautrec, Lima), and further studies in E-commerce, Digital Marketing and Coaching, allowing her to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and business perspective.
Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple areas of the industry, from technical development and spec sheets to collection support and brand collaboration. She has collaborated with international designers such as Mara Hoffman (USA), Custo Barcelona (Spain) and Jimena Mujica (Peru), as well as major retail brands in South America including Saga Falabella, Oeschle and Cencosud.
